Achievement 9 Leadership test

Greetings,
I am wondering if anyone can tell me when the achievement 9 leadership test, "Administrative Officer" was last updated? I have failed it a couple times now and would appreciate some tips for passing this specific test.
The test my squadron has was last updated in the 1990s or earlier. Does anyone know if this was one of the many leadership tests that were updated in 2003?

I believe that this test was updated in '03, but don't take my word for it. I tried to dig around on the CAP website, but I don't have much time for that anymore.
Hopefully someone else has more info than I do.
