Activities Done Recently

What activities has everyone done recently? I'm trying to think of an activity for my squadron in January, but I can't think of much. Any suggestions?

My squadron color guard and staff marched in a parade this afternoon...local Christmas parade. I'll post some pictures as soon as our PAO gets them online...

Does your squadron currently have an active O-ride program? How do you organize and coordinate flying activities with your cadets?

Air Show Support

Anybody have any experience with supporting an air show? (flight line marshalling, crowd control etc)
My squadron will be doing this next weekend (Nov. 10-11) and I wanted some input/any useful advice to make it run smoother.

Phase 1

My squadron just had a Basic Training Weekend, known locally as a Phase 1. We had 9 cadets as basics. I think the weekend was effective - the cadets learned basic drill, uniform standards, customs and courtesies. We also went over the Curry through Feik achievements, and studied the appropriate chapters and modules. A testing period was offered at the end of the activity.
