Dealing with anoying staff members.
In my squadron I have had trouble with a few staff members who will not listen to me. They are smart people but when you tell them something they either say they cant do it or they will but take forever. Any suggestions? (Ranks are C/Capt and C/CMSgt)

Re: Dealing with anoying staff members.
Bring the problem to your Cadet Commander, ask him to resolve it or replace these staff members with others who will perform their duties. Rank does not matter so much as competence. I've seen units that have senior NCOs who are passed over for 1st Sgt because they suck, and a SrA put in instead.
Idle, unproductive staff = idle, unproductive squadron. This problem, given enough time, will ruin your program.
