Does your squadron currently have an active mentoring program? Is it effective? (based on test scores/class participation)

Uh....If they need help, they ask their Flight Sergeant for assistance and they are all set. We also give out study sheets.

well, aerospace mentoring is a requirement for the officer phases. So how are you involved?

Well for AE, the officers/flight commanders go looking for mentoring opportunities. Sometimes, we let them mentor a small group. Depends on the situation.
